 Key Responsibilities

  • All Accounts Receivable and Collections functions
  • Email/Mail invoices/statements, Etc. to customers
  • Maintain collections within Company’s terms
  • Enter new customers into systems
  • Work with Memorized Transactions
  • Receive and verify all payments
  • Generating reports and present to management
  • Credit card processing and reconciliation
  • Prepare AIA billing documents and payroll reports
  • Mail handling, filing and record keeping
  • Data software conversion
  • Other related tasks as the Company deems necessary and/or assigns

 Qualifications / Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years current bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • PC proficient with extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Pro, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong telephone skills with knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
  • Thoroughness, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize and multitask all aspects of work
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality/professionalism
  • Must have a Clean/Valid Driver’s License
